An evening of Fellowship, Music, Great Food, and Philanthropy

View Event Invitation

Through encouragement from a missionary friend Lois and Doug Fearing helped organize a church mission trip to Haiti in the fall of 2009 which was to take place in February 2010; not knowing at that time that the mission trip would be following the disastrous Haiti earthquake of January 12, 2010. The trip did happen, by the grace of God, as the Mission Team arrived on one of the first commercial airline flights allowed back into the Port au Prince airport and were able to do their missionary work for Touch Ministries school and orphanage in St. Marc Haiti.

Seeing the carnage left behind by the earthquake and the needs of the people has provided the motivation for Fearing’s to continue support for Touch Ministries who is making a significant impact in Haiti through educating Haitian youth through their El Shaddai School, providing care for abandoned children through their House of Hope, and advancing the Gospel through their adult Bible School. That burden has now expanded to providing support for Schools-For-Haiti whose mission is to expand access to schools and a great education including their support for Touch Ministries.
